Count geonor not spawning

Went through the entire manor dungeon, get to the boss arena and just doesn't spawn ... can't comeplete act 1

Try this,

1. Completely Log out and Exit out of the game.
2. Waypoint to a random location (I chose "The Red Vale")
3. Use your portal to tp to Clearfell Encampment.
4. Waypoint to "The Manor Ramparts".
5. Fight through and find the door to "Ogham Manor".
6. Fight through to boss fight.
7. Enter Arena (Die over and over lol)

This should allow you to spawn the boss now.
