Disconnected - Cannot log in because "Playstation Network" cannot be reached

HELP!

Purchased the $100 package through the Playstation store, and downloaded the game - I get stuck at the login screen and cannot press the option button - it says when I press X - "Disconnected - Cannot log in because "Playstation Network" cannot be reached"

I can 100% say that I am connected to the internet with my PS5 and can log in to the Playstation Network - all according to my Console settings Network Test.

I deleted the game and reinstalled it, with the problem still occurring - Please help!

Yes this is abysmal. Can't even look at options to change gateway. It's just bricked on the title screen.
