Does Area of Effect applies to the Fragmentation Rounds from the mercenary class ?

Hi!
The question is in the title.

From what I’ve read and seen, it says that the spell shoots multiple arrows in a cone. However, this spell doesn’t have the AoE tag, which is even weirder considering that other bolts (even the normal attack) have the AoE tag.

My question is: does Area of Effect apply to it, and if so, how? Does the cone increase in size, meaning the density of arrows within the cone mechanically decreases? Do the bolts also increase in size to keep the damage/distance ratio from the crossbow linear? SOS!!!

i've tried using Concentrated Effect support gem but it does not work with fragmentation, nor does Magnified Effect.

Hope they change it so that they can work together

its weird i looked at stats of incendiary rounds too and they decrease range of explosion of fragmentation so its doing the opposite of i think it was supposed if the cone was smaller the range supposed would be higher but its doing the opposite so i think its a bug i will try to report
