I think that you have to allow to create item filters on consoles or restrict this feature on PC too. Because it's a cross play and PC gamers have advantage |

Agreed that pc player have an advantage, specially that it's faster for them to know what loot is good and what is not without having to read every item name (especially that on console the text is so hard to read) |
