Account locked Help

Still havent heard anything from support guess ill just join the forum stack on people who never get help

It has been 24 days, and I’m still left wondering about my situation. I purchased a supporter pack along with a key for Early Access. However, after my account was hacked—apparently due to a social engineering breach where someone gained access to an admin account at GGG (confirmed in the Tavern Talk Podcast, though I’m puzzled why there hasn’t been an official announcement yet)—my account has been locked for over 24 days.

At this point, I sincerely hope that everyone impacted by this issue, myself included, will receive a prompt and fair resolution.

Day 40 still locked

day 30 of the hack day 28 of being locked... it honestly feels like ggg hacked me and stole my shit at the point....

it's not just you, I'm answering every day on my post, it seems that they don't care, I've been 3 weeks and nothing, AAAA but we have high email, DUDE IS 3 WEEKS IS 1 MONTH, THE SIZE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWER A CONSUMER IN 1 MONTH IS ABSURD. They ruined the company's image in relation to community service, only automatic support responses.

I am obviously still locked, but I know of one account who got unlocked a few days ago. The process took multiple emails but was actually completed in one 3 hour session - so there is hope if you ever get through to the correct team.

I just have no idea if I am even in the queue, since I never heard back anything from them after getting locked :D

Not locked due to hacking,locked since first day of EA launch. Haven't log in the game once yet.

Day 41 still locked
