I have all the check marks on all the drops, still don't get them in game. Also i can't see the character i made and played on in my profile.

I'm confused what you mean by that. I'm logged in, how else would i be able to post ? When i mentioned having the checkmarks for the drops, i meant on the PoE website.
I guess i'll just wait and let the support team figure it out.

I did. I only received the drops from the supporter pack. It's fine, I'll wait. Thank you for your help ^^
