Premium currency to Guild currency

Converting premium currency into guild currency (Donating) doesn’t work… I’m met with an error message every time.

Trying to get some guild stash tabs and even bought more currency to do that and it’s not allowing me to purchase anything from the basket or individually… I’ve tried everything except uninstalling and reinstalling as I don’t think this would help anyway… anyone else have this problem too and know a fix?
