Microtransaction unavailable despite soft merge?
Like the title says unless im stupid we were told that doing a soft merge (connecting accounts together on the poe website) would make it so that any account soft merged would share microtransaction between eachother for poe2. (poe1 would still be seperate but console account could be played on pc)
I had my doubt but went along with it but the few times us xbox players were able to slip thru the crack i could not see any of my mtx from xbox and there was not a tab to select which account was the primary or a tab seperating console and pc mtx or anything realy. Now come launch i still don't have any of the mtx i purchased on xbox from xbox (also downloaded the pc version to see if that fix the issue but nope no console mtx) and i'd like not to have to contact support if possible considering i am about to hit a 7 day wait time for a reply about cosmetic combining issue with Rob from support. Is this a known issue and is there a solution or a fix they are working on? Is my only recourse to contact support and have them do a hard merge? (Moving all purchase from one account to the other) Edit : Okay so i discovered half of my issues i believe, when first getting into the game you don't get to select which account is playing first, the game will auto select the first account listed (being my pc) and kick you right away to character selection screen, afterward when you go back youl have the option up top to select which account to play on when on the character selection screen. So now the question actualy become if i ask for a hard merge of mtx can my character also be transfered to my xbox account or am i screwed a bit and need to make another character?
