Sisters of Garukhan did not reward +10% lightning res after defeting them.

also titans's gift did not spawn and can't be completed.

I just completed the quest killing them all with - monsters remaining.
No 10% lightning res for me though |

Was bugged for me too. Clicked on the Shrine, killed everyting around it, its greyed out on the Map, but I didn't get the Resistances.

Same for me, cleared all the monsters in the area and never had my lightning res increase.

Same, was able to clear the map (again) and defeated the boss again, greyed out icon for the shrine, but when I typed "/remaining" it still said 17 left, no lightning res increase
