Titan's treasure

Would be nice to have some official validation that could at least let us know if this is:

1. a bug
2. not in the game
3. intended

I have completed the quest:
1. I have completely cleared the map
2. Examined all the statues of the Titans
3. Killed the boss

I don't know which of these helped :)

+1 same, I never found it after an entire clear

I was able to complete the quest. I don't think it always spawns. I found it the first time I had one relic, which I inserted into the pop-up window. The window was a little glitchy, I had to hold alt for it stay open. When I found the second relic, I returned to the map, but I couldn't find the spot to turn it in. I reset and cleared around the edges of the map again, and it was there. I gave it the second relic and got the reward, which is a permanent buff of some sort, but I can't remember exactly.

You might be confusing it with the Valley of the Titans quest ?

Is this reward supposed to be another relic for the Ancient Vows quest? Cant find that relic, cant complete this, cant complete tinkers tools. Omg.
