[D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture []

I also suffered this bug. It's a DX12 problem. Switching to Vulkan shaders (from Graphics options) seems to work fine.

same bug, trying chaning to vulkan now..

looking at some reddit post, could have something to do with X3D processors. experiencing this problem too. I have R7 7800X3D and 4070TI Sup.

Having the same problem. Happens every now and then. might go an hour, might go 4 without crashing.

I have the same problem since day one.
At first it only happend during boss fights. Now it occurs a few minutes after I loaded my charakter.
Tried DirectX11/Vulcan and the game crashes direkctly after loading. Disabled multithreading and it also didn't worked.
Already lowered the graphic settings. Tried different versions of my graphics driver and Windows versions.

16 GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060

Impossible to try and progress. DX12 and Vulkan crashing. DX11 looks terrible.

also having this issue 4070 super. - can confirm it happens specifically when i cast things like lightning conduit (will reproduce it 100% of the time)
