Second on this bug. I've had upwards of 5 instances of this occuring, not all give the error popup.
I've verified files, checked and updated video drivers and several other things I could think of. |

Crashed at least 6 times now in different zones with this bug.

I'm encountering this bug fairly regularly

I am also experiencing this bug fairly regularly. Same error message and all. Not enough times to make it impossible to play I'll admit, but it does happen enough times for me to be put off by it every time it occurs.

I am also having this error.
Driving me nutty, is absolutely preventing me from progressing. Has now occurred against the hyena boss in act 2 three times in a row |

I am missing a lot of textures for specifically lightning spells (So far). Started happening after this "failed to create resource for texture" bug message.

I am encountering the same error. Over the last few days it has happened probably fifteen times. However, the game has played great besides that.

I was crashing nearly uncontrollably when using Windows 11 24H2. I did a clean install of 23H2 yesterday. I must have crashed 30 times before I got fed up and decided to try 23H2, thankfully that fixed the majority of my crashes. I am still getting the D3D12 error OP posted, and that is still resulting in a crash. Every time the game crashes, my USB audio interface (XLR input/headphone out) completely stops functioning and I have to unplug it and plug it back it in to regain functionality. It's a Gen 1 Focusrite 2i2 with the associated drivers from the Focusrite site. |
