POE2 crashing xbox series s

The game keeps crashing using the town portal. It's always when leaving town to go back into the wild.

Same here, Xbox Series X. After getting to level 7 and doing The Mysterious Shade quest, leaving town always result in a game crash.

I cant eve load my character anymore. Just stuck on loading screen after crashing about 5 times in Masoleum of the Praetor.

Mausoleim of the Praetor, Froze trying to use portal to get back town.

Level 10 character.

Killed app, reset Xbox Series X, cleared cache. I cannot load back into my level 10 character.

Gears spin, then freeze...stuck and cannot load back in.

Same issue with my char (Witch, Lvl 9) since i'm in the Mausoleim of the Praetor,too. First it freezed in the area, than after two loads and freezes und can not loads anymore.

Hopefully it got fixed soon, Wish the dev's the best and a good Pre-Start.

Same here. Mausoleum of the Praetor. Gears spin then stop. Lvl 7 or 8. Didn’t touch the waypoint, was just fighting after first entering.

Xbox series X, game feezing in Mausoleum paying Witch also.
Multiple times, but only time it has happened so far.

Had the same problem in the same place. I fixed this using two controllers. Sign in and create a new character or use another one you already have (not the bricked character) as p1. Use the couch coop feature and put your bricked character as p2. Start the game. This should save the bricked character.
