POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

No system freezes since the patch, and I've played for many dozens of hours since.
Ill share my experience with all the crashes/freezes.

Since the launch, periodically every few hours i had a crash (D3DX failed to create texture).
After 30/jan or 31/jan im not sure, that d3dx crash completely stopped and i started to get BSOD instead and sometimes the pc just freezes and i get a black screen needing to use the power button to hard reset.
That BSOD/full PC freeze happened several times with me trying to find a way to fix it, eventually i gave up and dont play since.
Later on, i started to get random BSOD outside PoE2, playing some other games, like LoL, Apex Legends, PoE 1...
Trying to find the cause, i discovered that my main SSD got corrupted.
Looking it deeper, every BSOD/Hard freeze, the first error that always showed on the windows event log was "volmgr 161", probably the cause and usually is related to ssd/hd issues.
Any scans/fixes from windows like "chkdsk C: /f" didnt help it though.
I removed the corrupted ssd and did a fresh windows install on other ssd, its been a couple days that i dont have any BSOD/hard freezes now.
BUT, as i dont want to lose another ssd, i still didnt played PoE 2.
Not until GGG comes out with more details about all the crashes/BSOD/hard freezes.

Hello again everyone.

As the patch notes mentioned; there is a temporary fix regarding this for users on Windows 24h2 (26XXX) in the current build of Path of Exile 2 (It will be backported to PoE 1 when that receives a client patch).

For those who haven't had any success related to a full PC freeze/crash when multithreading is enabled please once again send me your dxdiag output and adding --ex-crash-report to your launch options (if you only experience this on DX12). The engine team are working with both NVIDIA and Microsoft to sort any issues that we cannot reliably fix.

Thanks again and please keep this thread civil so support doesn't have to lock this as there is lots of useful information.

Hello Timothy. First of all thank you for your respond. Can you bring some light on what exactly cause the issue and why it's takes so much time to resolve it? Is there any ETR for permanent solution and why type of temporal fix was applied?
Those infos might cool some tempers of users who still expiriencing reported problem.

Thanks in advance

Also we are many users (if u search it in reddit and here) that our pc's shut down and it happens randomly,e.g you can play like 400 maps full load and nothing happens, and then you open ur chest and u go boom and the weird part is that we share similar hardware like RX 7600 , 6600 , 7900XTX and ofc x3d's cpus.

Hey man, I also had to buy a new SSD, this game is breaking hardware and the devs do nothing!

I noticed that my SSD was going bad when I was playing Hell Let Loose and the game started stuttering, it didn't did that before I started playing POE2.

Lost R$80 in this game + R$ 500 in a new SSD, nice GGG.
doesnt seem like GGG cares about people losing their pc playing this game. sad!

Yes. I think you unable to find them and also still struggling with crash/freeze are both related. What might be the reason behind that, I wonder.
