POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

I've been playing for an hour or so now, my CPU doesn't spike to 90% on loading screens anymore and no more PC lockups where I have to hard restart. Let's hope it stays this way.
What in damnation have you done?
I think the freeze issue got fixed, that said, my fps has been dropping a llot more in the maps than it used to, will try restarting pc.
Habe auch eine 4080 ddas problem ist allerddings noch nie aufgetretten in ver bindung mit eineer 7950xd3dd cpu und 32 gb ram undd msi board
It seems fixed for me (so far).
I was experiencing hard crashes for approximately every loading with DX12 API
And 1/10 loading with Vulkan API.

Zero crashes since the update, after 2 hours of play with DX12 API

Thank you GGG it's a relief
My pc freezing is solved.
BUT the performance in the game is horrible, alot of infinite stutters !

7800x3d and 4080.

Only poe2 i have problems.
Game is still crashing for me on latest patch

I forget, how much vram in a 4080? What resolution do you use? How much system ram do you have and what kind of HD (pref an NVME).

Stuttering is super annoying - can, for me, make a game unplayable.

Just to be careful, your on the latest Green Team drivers for your GPU and Red Team Drivers for your CPU including chipset and sound?
**Asus TUF x670E Gaming, 7950x3d, AIO Corsair H150i Elite, TridentZ 192GB DDR5 6400, Sapphire 7900XTX, All Samsung 4k: 56"<->Arc2 55"<->48", NVME Sabrent Rocket 2TB, MP600 Pro 8tb, MP700 2 TB. HDD Seagate 12TB **
**Corsair Voyager a1600 32gb, 4tb**
**ASUS Zenbook Duo Laptop, i7 155h, 32gb, 1tb**
I've tested the new patch 0.1.1c for awhile and loading screens no longer hard freeze my pc. I'm not using any third party apps, full updated windows and nvidia drivers. The game also seems to run smoother and doesn't stutter anymore.

Whats even going on here? Is this a joke.

I know uncrasher don't work. Because I have tried it, and yeah, it prevents some freezes, but its very unreliable. I haven't seen anyone say that they disable multithreading on every load screen and still freeze. In fact it is impossible to make the whole computer freeze when there is only 1 core working on the game? Right? That would make total sense. The reason the computer freeze is because the game uses 100% of all cores at the same time and there is nothing left for the os. Right? You understand that? so if the game is not using all cores, the game cant lock up the computer. is this simple enough for you? If it prevents all crashes? maybe not, but I have not crashed once while having this disabled.

I am in fact entitled to play this game without risk damaging my computer. I paid to play this game, and I expect basic support back from the developer that I game my money. I can't even get my money back if I want to.

Most ppl in here just kindly ask GGG to update us on the matter. Most ppl are not toxic.

I asked why they are waiting until later this week to push out an update that makes the game playable for god knows how many ppl. Is that is being toxic? what?

It looks like they were ready to release it quite fast anyway. I guess later this week was more like "tomorrow".

Oh, well...

You havent seen people say multithreading doesnt work just use a search on this thread alone and you'll see plenty, I've personally tried turning off 4 cores and still crashed on loading screens, you are talking about your own system and how your own interaction is affecting your system and not thinking about OTHER systems and how differently they interact with the software, as I said, entitlement = "It works for me so rush out a fix and screw everybody else because I am the most important".

You are entitled to play a game you paid for you however paid for an early access title and you can do a quick google search yourself to see what can potentially happen in early accesses IE software conflicts that can cause hardware conflicts you are a game tester right now and part of that test is how your system behaves with the software, you've had basic support, read my previous replies to you, patch notes updated every time, updates on the forum however sparse in individual threads, updates to the known bugs thread every patch you CHOOSE to ignore the basic support and instead go on the attack because as we've discovered you are the most important. You can get your money back it just requires you to engage your brain which thus far you are refusing to do by seeing any picture other than your own.
