Nearing the point of a chargeback if there is no timeline provided by them this week. I bought with a CC so they'll honor a chargeback due to a defective product.

Tomorrow at 3:30PM EST they're supposedly doing a online chat to go over the next patch.

Hopefully the interviewers will point to the two huge threads in this forum and make the developers address it.

What I can't figure out is how they could release the game like this? I know it's Early Access, but this is such a huge deal. Did they honestly not even know about this? How does this even pass their QA system? And they're asking payment for us to play the game in this state?

This seems to have made things run much smoother for me, but it hasn't fixed the crashing. It may have reduced the rate at which I crash but I can't tell for sure yet, haven't played enough. Either way, I appreciate the smoother gameplay.

Same here - Before the recent patch, my game was working fine with using poeuncrasher. After the patch, it just freezes at character selection screen altogether. I've had at least 5 crashes today. Setting affinity helped so my whole PC doesn't lock up.
