Allow the Gemcutting window to be re-opened without needing to have an uncut gem

Strongly Agree, there needs to be in game way of seeing the gem cutting box and the recommended needs a bit of fine tuning as there are some support skills that many will never know they can take to make efficient combinations.

Yes, please allow us to open the Gemcutting menu whenever, it feels bad trying to plan or check what you can use without access to the gem menu.
