Crashes when teleporting

I have this issue, also sometimes when I use Town Portal it does this too
.........And from the darkness there came a voice.........."Has anyone got a torch? I can't see a thing in here!!!"

Same. Porting to camp works well but coming back crashes the game. Every time. Same when using waypoints. Crossing from area to area works well.
