Poisonous Concoction/unarmed attack wondering. Pls send help

Hi, I'm planning on a Poisonous Concoction Pathfinder build and have some question about unarmed attack and poison mech:
- Does PC counts stat from my weapon (bow, xbow, wand, quiver...) like increase chaos damage, +lv gem...?
- Still I get shield's stat like block chance, life... when I casting PC?
- How poison stack interact with each other? New stack will replace old stack or refresh it? Will higher damage stack replace weaker one?
- Will poison damage snap shot with equipped weapon when it got apply or will change when we swap weapon? I want to do weapon swap to do faster wither stack
- What exactly critical hit affect poison?
- When I change weapon with spirit, how aura work? will they all turn off?

All I can say is how it worked in poe1 in my experience of pcoc.

Firstable, you can't use pcoc when you have any weapon equiped, unless a weapon is in slot, like you equiped it and when changed stats or whatever and you don't meet it's requirements, it wont have an effect on you and pcoc.

Yes, you still get shield bonuses, why wouldn't you?

In poe1 poison stacks infinitely, but in poe2 it has a cap of stacks. As I know there is no info about how it works, maybe like bleed in poe1, so it refreshes a debuff and higher damage replaces weaker one.

Other info we have to find out ourselfs I guess.

I think they said somewhere poison gets 6 stacks default max (but don't quote me!)

Regarding unarmed (assuming POE1 similarity), in POE2 because of auto swapping, as long as you have an empty second weapon slot, it would auto-switch to your unarmed no-weapon slot, and then cast the spell... and thus the weapon stats would disappear during unarmed cast.

We don't know if you can have a shield equipped in an unarmed config in POE2.. if you can you would need to make sure whichever slot is has no main weapon has a shield. For example, if slot 1 had sword+shield, and you want slot2 to be unarmed+shield, you would need to put another shield there.

in POE1 PC require unarmed but in POE2 it doesn't. In reveal video you can see her throwing concoction while holding bow.
I think it still gonna count stat from bow and quiver, thats why I go with the build.

So base on this I'm assuming all poison stack still on enemy but only some with highest damage can deal damage. That means I can't use other poison skill to break amour
You can use weapon and still use unarmed skills it seems, same as with palm attacks.
Main issue with concoction is sustain, if you look at poe2db data, skill consumes 5 mana flask charges per use, flask itself doesn't seem to be adding any damage, so this means if you run out of charges, you can no longer use the skill? 5 charges per throw base is very problematic, even with huge investment into flask sustain, I don't see how you can sustain it on boss, spamming your skill ~2x per second. You gonna run out of mana flask charges in few seconds, and then run in circles waiting for flask to slowly replenish over time, provided you have 0.25 flask charge per second on flask, and some 0.1s on tree, increased flask charges gained, reduced flask charges used, basically half of your skill tree dedicated to flasks, it still wont be enough. I wonder if I'm missing something here, maybe this skill isn't intended to be spammed on boss.

Damage is high, aoe is bad, so I don't know about that. There is plenty of better clearing skills.
How to get charge in boss fight?
If solve it, may be ~ok build
