PS5 PoE2 no points from supporter pack

I bought the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack on Steam and PS5, linked both clients to my account, but on PS5 the content is not available — no additional skins, no 1000 currency coins, and no pets. On Steam it is ok

Same here! I bought the support pack on PS5 but didn’t get the points! What’s the problem?

So, the problem is that the PS5 content needs to be triggered for download!

How to do it?

- Just launch the game
- go to the store tab, then navigate to the collection section
- select the collection you purchased.

The screen will freeze for a moment, the content will load, and you’ll be prompted to buy it.

But you don’t need to buy it – it’s already yours.

Check the top-right corner, and you’ll see the in-game currency appear, along with all the cosmetic goodies unlocked!

I've tried basically everything everyone has listed here. Over 100$ bucks spent and nothing to show for it. This stopped me from playing POE1 and I might just quit this one as well. Just don't like feeling like I've been cheated out of my money. Sent an email to support, guess we'll see what happens.

I am also facing the same issue, purchased an 200 points pack but it is not showing up in the game

I bought the EA on PC and on PS5. For the PS5 version i did not get any points and for the other 300, i also cannot buy stuff on the website. I always get redirected to the Buy Points site...

I bought it on PS5 first and it wouldn't run. Lagged every 1-2 seconds. Then I got it on Steam and its been great.

I never got my points on my PS5 account.
I did get them on my Steam account.

17 pages and no help, such trash from this company. I stopped playing this game. Months now of no responses, even after I sent them what they asked for. Just a complete joke. Don’t launch your stuff if you can’t answer within 1 month.

Having this issue as well. I've noticed something weird on my end though. The beta doesn't show up as a purchase on my Sony account, nor did I ever receive a receipt. Funds were however taken out of my account. I can play the game just fine. It just came to my attention because the promised coins weren't showing up. Seems to be a weird thing happening between GGG and Sony?
