Does anybody know if Blasphemy reduction goes to 11% with a quality 23%?
They cost 1 div. I would prefer to check before buying one.
If it did, would save you 2 spirit? 4 if you run two curses? How tight are you on spirit?

Hello, when I switched to shield, 2 minions were coming out, but now they are not coming out. Is this related to the point where this build came from or is there a problem with me? Can you help?

I had a weird bug where the minions wouldn't appear until I removed my boots. Could put them back on after with no issue. This seemed to go away on its own after a while, can't recall if I switched sceptres or what. Try taking off different pieces of gear with the sceptre equipped.

Never understood why unidentified sell. Is it just that people get a thrill when they get to identify themselves, similar to gambling?
Wish I'd sold mine, got crap 45% lol.
A 45% non-corrupted roll will also sell for 17 divines. Hell, I’ve sold a 40% roll for 18 divines. Every few minutes, depending on the time of day, a gambling fiend will roll through the trade site, looking at ingenuities, and buy up every non-corrupted ingenuity they can find, without caring what % roll is on them. This is because, when you corrupt an item in POE 2, there’s a chance the Vaal Orb will divine the item and then add something like + or - 20%. Maybe more if you use an Omen of Corruption (not sure what they’re called).
So, given that information, you should always identify your belts. In fact, there’s a lot of money to be made buying unidentified ingenuities. If you hit a high roll, you can sell it for profit. If you get a low roll, just sell it for what you paid. It won’t sell instantly and might take an hour, but it will sell. That’s how the market was a couple of weeks ago, though, things might be different now as we’re getting toward the end of this economy.
I don’t like giving away my money-making strats, because when too many people know, they become useless, but I made around 150 divines in two weeks just buying unidentified ingenuities. The best part is you can do it while doing other things. Since I work from home, I could work and flip belts at the same time, or even map with my MF aura bot while trading ingenuities.
This is just one of many ways to flip items on the trade site. I’ve always made hundreds of divines each league in POE 1 just from flipping. Honestly, I might be one of the few people who don’t want an auction house, it would kill the way I make most of my money in these games. HAHA!

And I bought a new scepter to have enough Spirit for Blink and Heighted curse for Blasphemy.
All good however, the scepter is the one with the skeleton and it creeps me out that they are following me around.
Is there a way to turn the skill off while having the scepter in hand. I am at exactly 0 spirit. 6500 Mana. 73% Resistance in Lightning but I think it is better than loosing 100 mana.
lol not sure about turning off the skeletons but if you can, you really need to buy an omen sceptre with malice skill for the added crit chance. You want the skeleton sceptre on your off-hand so you can sacrifice them with soul offering.

Q: Why my minions don't spawn on the secondary weapon set?
A: Bugged spirit. Turn off CoC/Archmage for the secondary weapon set.

Yes. Freezing Shards are very strong at the beginning of the game. Later we'll ditch it.

Rattling is ok, still can do Minion Pact support for 1 of the skills. We don't know if Soul Offering will be fixed or not in the future, so it's ok to get used to Rattling in the main weapon set bc we all have to move to it when shit happens.

Hmm. I guess you are talking about comets from frost wall in hideout? It was nerfed.

Anyway, I'm rolling Stormweaver atm too (just started lvling), wanna check things on a ~30d budget. And then I want to compare things per budget range by myself.
I just switched from spark storm to maxroll chrono coc.
Laugh at me as much as you like but chrono is must stronger for me... Im not wealthy - both are 10 div budget approx (okay, spark is more like 30 because of ingenuity 79% I got dropped). I have 5k es and 6k mana on Storm, 3k es and 4k mana on Chrono. Im doing WAY more single target dps as this chrono. Breach boss t4 is a joke now. Not even talking about trials etc. I also feel like its less gimmicky on chrono - laugh at me as much as you want, too =D
I feel like setting up rune, curse and mana tempest on un-cced boss is much more of a hustle than chrono set up on totally cced boss. Maybe spark is stronger on high budget but build pieces are so expensive that I dont feel like its any possible.
So my 10 div chrono is stronger than 30 div storm. Maybe Ill feel the difference on storm with higher budget. But its so expensive... +2 skills focus, lighting skills wand - they alone cost more than my kidney. Having 206 spirit scepter with 200 mana and mana regen is dirty cheap. Cold skills wand is way cheaper. I have +5 for 3 divs (bought 2 days ago) which is just... Impossible with lighting skills even with luck (maybe I was lucky for this one). No need in ingenuity is a lot. 20% damage 0r crit damage snakespit is few div which means you are 20-30div free for a bis ring slot. Its crazy how cheaper is to setup chrono than storm. My map clear is slower on chrono - true. Its just slower. I have lower survability in rutials because i dont run CI - its true. I still have an amazing and convenient clear with less budget but WAY better bossing and simulacrum despite im lower level than my storm. According to guys with spark in this thread I can successfully run spark on chrono with higher budget so maybe I can still have storm level of mapping as storm mapping is currently overkill even with my budget.
I won't laugh on it somehow. I'm in act 1 cruel atm with my sw, and leveling with lightning skills + flame wall... offers bs bossing experience in comparison to cold skills w/ frost wall (before lvl 52). Lightning Conduit with Kitoko changes everything tho.
