Cold Chronomancer Megathread. All content cleared. Leveling guide added. Low-budget build added.

I just wanted to post an update. This build is now really working for me.
I'm still getting 1 shotted but less than before, at I'm making (very) slow progress, leveling wise.

I was running Blink previously (just love it) but reluctantly gave it up for Grim Feast, plus now have more mana/health pool and I got CI.

I just have to decide which uber unique to save up / buy first.
I think either the Ingenuity belt or the melting flask.

I'm currently using Siphon as my anoint. Has anyone tried anointing Split Shot (75% of an additional projectile when forking)?
