Have you opened PoE 1 and went to the buy points section in microtransactions?
that should add them to your account |

Update: Did as someone suggested, logged into PoE 1, went to the mtx store, bought the $100 pack, then I was able to upgrade to the next pack which was Thaumaturge, then took it to Warlord. See you all in EA!
