wait is this what GGG meant by saying we will have option to trade gears on website? we wont have trade website like for poe 1 but we will need use its forums? back to ancient age

deep down, a premium tab is a mere reflection of doing commands here but they are "hidden" somewhere instead of you opening a shop

the true beauty of premium tabs is automating this process of linking an item here and using commands with ~(tilde) and then price or other commands for example

in the distant past before premium tabs we used a 3rd party software called "procurement" that simply parsed your stash and create a .txt full of commands and then you copy paste here
but when you sold an item, it won't automatically updates your post because in the end this is a forum and the trade site you click on the top right button, is a integration from here
so trade site IS part of GGG infrastructure, unless you are accessing a 3rd party trade site...

also procurement hit some nasty limitations for people who wanted to sell in bulk or when you get spammed across the globe...getting into your "shop posting" and then editing and saving will never be as a fast as simply removing the item from the premium tab
so it is a tech thingy limitation, database shenanigans

it still works, just beware of the pain that comes with that

No, it's that you are always capable of trading without spending money. You still can use the forum to post items in PoE 1 and they will appear on the trade site.

It's simply that they are still extending this functionality to PoE 2, so that there isn't any functionality hard locked behind paying.

i dont see poe 2 there

probably the website will go down tomorrow as preparation for EA launch as it happens every league in poe 1
and when it gets back up, we will see poe 2 UI in trade site
