HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CODES FOR PLAYSTATION

I tried to redeem it on the PS5 console and it says "not available to redeem in your region", i tried on the website after and its telling me its invalid or already used. am i screwed?

Code seems to long as Playstation wants a 12 digit code, but the keys are 20 digit + hyphens.

If you are unsure always contact support, OR if you are not from Britain then maybe the "12" digit number is different in ur country and whatever you have recieve will work just follow simular steps where applicable?
but again if its not working ask support they can help better than me im just here to try and help abit were possible |

In my case yes, I purchased on the PoE2 homepage on the website and would like to play on my ps5. I do think that's what eenJuli meant also. Do I/we need to cancel it and re-buy from the playstation storefront?

So i purchased the supporter pack $160, and als bought the $30 pack on my PS5 so I can play on my console.. am I screwed. I want to use the supporter pack $160 and play on my console , I already connected my PS5 to my POE account. Should I have used the +1 Key and redeemed on my console before purchasing the PS5 supporter pack?

Anyone got spare PS5 key to giveaway ? My pc can't handle the game very well, I just can't afford $30 to buy another access this month after I just bought pc pack
