Trade site POE 2

Yes, totally agreed there's room for both. When I saw the currency exchange I thought, "Finally! They're testing this out before doing a full blown item exchange!" Alas, I was disappointed. Maybe they're still holding it for 1.0 release...

the website has been up and running. i feel like not everyone figured this out.. there's not that much juice available on it yet, for hardcore anyways.


they should add poe2 on the dropdown menu of the original site, and that would redirect to the new site automatically.

lots of ppl probably have an old favorite saved and they dont see poe2 in the dropdown menu, then think the site isnt ready for poe2. bummer.

you gotta got to pathofexile2.com and click trade there, it's NOT fused with the original trading site.

Can we get the console trade board back. . .its ridiculous having to leave the game to go to a seperate website just to trade and the UI on consoles for actual web pages is awful just throw in the same trade board we always had in PoE1 on consoles

POE2 Lack of trade website is just lazy and overrun with bots. Spent multiple days whispering to people and never got a single response.

Shame to see such low effort on the part of the developers for this one part of the game when they have done such a good job in other places.

BAD SYSTEM GGG fix it

This is literally the dumbest trade system I've ever seen in any game....what was wrong with the original PoE trade system where people put items in their public tabs and put a price on it and people could just buy it directly?

The devs have made it nearly impossible to actually trade anymore, they've made it into a single-player game. Completely ruins the experience having to exit the game and log in to a website to try to find an item for your build and then hope that the player who has it is currently online....this is actually the worst economy in any game in history.

Everquest built a better system 30+ years ago when mmorpg's were brand new, this is just pathetic.

If you want to FORCE people to play a certain way, ruining your own game systems is not the method to achieve it, and you should really screw off trying to force your players into interacting in the first place. If they wanted to interact they'd be doing it already.

If GGG does not implement an Auction House, POE2 will see a large wave of players quitting at some point because of that.

I say this as someone who does not like trading period (via AH or classic trade.)

I just know that lot's of people do and it makes sense that if a game is going to be designed around trade, they should at the very least, facilitate said mechanic.

Their Trade Website doesnt even have the correct Ratio Set for Exalted/Divine Orb which is causing a lot of problems itself and partially corrupting the economy, (along with the all exploits and bugs of course.)

I tried to buy 4 items for the listed price and sent direct messages.
3 have no response and 1 ignored me. It is not working.

To prevent people inflate the price with auction house, might be limiting number of purchase per set time or cap price if they work?
