Path of Exile 2 Early Access Twitch Drops

is there a trick to getting this in-game? I gifted 2 subs and claimed all 3 drops yesterday before servers came up. Still nothing in the cosmetic screen =/

Twitch says I received the flask and halo drops but I don't see them in game. For the twitch link, I was shown two different Steam options. My Steam name with two different numbers following it but, I could not find numbers behind my Steam name anywhere in Steam to know which I was supposed to select.

None of the drops are listed in my cosmetics. Please, I need my sorceress to look a little magical and not with this dumb little soldier hat that I cant find a better replacement for! xD

go here click view rewards and they should then be in your transactions and then be in game :)
