how do i on steam? I can search PoE2 but I am not seeing an option to DL.

If it's not in your Steam library and you bought it on the website direct then get your key from your account status page

guys... are we really being toxic to this company? Can you imagine what they are going through with the huge influx of hype/users? lets be better than the rest of the gaming community here.

STEAM USERS:

As has been said 100's of times in this thread, the ability to pre-load a game that is in Early Access is restricted by STEAM ITSELF, and NOT GGG.

Steam/Valve has NEVER allowed pre-loading of Early Access games.

There is a work around, however.

Download the stand alone client so that you're ready to play when the servers open tomorrow. Then add the PoE2 client to your Steam library as a "non Steam Game." Now you get all the functionality of using Steam to launch PoE2, etc.

After EA opens tomorrow, and when it's convenient for you, you can then remove PoE 2 from your Steam library and uninstall the game. At this point, redeem your Steam key from your PoE2 account, and download PoE2 through Steam.

So again, one more time for those in back...

STEAM DOES NOT ALLOW PRE-LOADING OF EA GAMES BEFORE EA BEGINS.

If GGG is somehow able to convince Steam/Valve to allow preload of PoE2, they will have pulled off a miracle, and should be praised til the end of time.

Standalone last... lol

Even those on consoles could play for 5-15 minutes, yet the standalone PC client is nowhere to be found.

Of course, and it's obvious why. No insult to GGG, but Steam and consoles have platforms that serve millions of downloads weekly. It's just a flip of a switch and a drop in the bucket to the systems they already built.

Just likely to have more issues on their own standalone version.
