Im not even sorry for the steam people, like, why did you buy steam key? i paid 30$ for the early access and i will go with standalone client, even if i could just press a click and get the steam variant, seems like YOU choose steam, now you get what you * deserve, you wanted steam, here you go, wait for steam to allow you to download, but hey atleast you can see your playtime, right? did it worth?
The steam one is the same as your 30$ in the website store my poor misguided friend (cheaper in most places, or was), can play from client or steam whichever the fuck one wants
i was not talking about the price, i only meant that you could have bought the game on standalone instead of steam, but you guys wanted to play it on steam, now deal with the consequences and wait until they release the download on steam, just dont complain, it was your choice.
It is quite rare to read such nonsense on the internet nowadays.

I think that at the pre-download release time they will also give some more information, and you will be able to see on the site already the enable tree, the items for itemfilter and maybe patchnotes.

What consequences? lol. People who bought it on Steam/Epic can still download and use the standalone game, and you likely have the option to redeem a Steam (and Epic) key in your account yourself if you wanted to use either one of those.

I don't understand why developers can't solve the problem of data mining through a regular archive with a password? Upload the packaged client with a strong password, and give the password a couple of hours before the start so that we can unzip the files to the desired folder in the steam.

Im starting to remember why I permanently left trade for private leagues.
Be me. Be 3+ hours late due to unreliable internet and slow download speeds. Be slow enough that people wont bother selling me maps by the time I get to them (in 1), so now its going to be all the worse (I hit maps early day 4). Just going to be so fun whispering 100 people for tablets just to be ignored. YAY!
Oh yeah, I can just raid the gstash, but no, actually probably not, because I doubt my guild wastes money re-buying the tab. Ugh. (I mean, I wouldnt).
Or wait, I can just go on the map swap site, fat chance that works for 2. But Faustus.. No.. Yup, Im cooked.
Cool, time to spend infinity backtracking tablet tiers. Now THATS what I look for in my ARPGs, amirite? Well, hey, at least I know Ill burn out in 2 weeks max and go back to being bored shirtless 24/7 for another 2.5 months, I guess.
LMAO git gud

Im sure Steam preloads are encypted and containing not all files. On release time you still need to download the missing files and steam decrypt the whole game then. I just dont have any clue how good those files are encrypted and if there is software out there that easily decypt those files without waiting till release also it takes a long time to decrypt those files depends on your hardware sometimes it takes as long as to download the whole game.
