NOTIFICATION/TRANSPARENCY LIKE STATED IN THE MANIFESTO COMMITMENTS

With just over 4 days 13 hours left before Launch of Early Access of PATH OF EXILE 2

And with PC players starting to get Notifications/Info that they have received Beta Keys for Early Access

I ask the DEVS/GGG Employee's what is the ETA on Playstation players receiving Beta Keys for LIFE TIME SUPPORT??

I understand that there is a lot going on and I can appriciate there very busy getting things ready....

BUT the playstation side of the player base have to wait till day release to BUY PACKS they have to wait for day release to BUY A BETA KEY

Are players who supported the game with LIFE TIME SUPPORT have to wait for day release to find out if they have a FREE KEY???

im sure others will agree we are not looking for everything right now and a early download but just some notification on our account to say

"Hey thank you for helping to support the game we appriciaite it heres a free beta key" i dont even need the actual code or key right now just a noti to give me a heads up.


i understand Playstation and GGG have a set out plan between them on how release of POE2 is going to roll out BUT THIS IS NOT THE PLAYER BASES FAULT

But it defo feels like the player base is getting punshed or treat diffently becasue of it all

There hasnt even been a definitive statement in over a week from GGG specificly aimed at Playstation players outlining the concerns the player base has.

why?

are playstions users money not valid enuff or needed that GGG can just afford to ignore them all? and let them worry? how busy do you think GGG will be on game release day?

AND ON TOP OF THIS you are going to have thousands of Playstation players flooding the forum with IV PAID FOR A PACK BUT I DONT HAVE ACCESS literally on day 1 this game has to have a good smooth EA release (within reason)

AND not to be super negative here but if we look at Settlers release GGG clearly never play tested the game the launch for league on PSN was a disaster
and many many other league launches on POE1 as well.

As someone who loves this game and is so excited with the upcoming launch of POE2, the lack of info or updates regarding Playstions player base and its worries/concerns/and what to expect come launch day is enuff to tie your tummy in knotts.

PLEASE GGG make a official post aimed at Playstation players. reach out to those who have supported you and give them abit of piece of mind and please explain in LAYMANS'S TERMS how MTX is work,

and someone posted a fantastic question about GUILD STASH/STASH TABS if you were to join a PC/XBOX GUILD and visa versa like will GUILD TABS ALL BE USABLE by all parties included regardless of platform

SORRY JUST TO ADD - something has just accured to me IF you need to buy a "Supporter pack" to gain access to the EARLY ACCESS ON PS5 if you cant download the game and then "enter the game" how are you ment to buy packs?

are the packs going to be available on PSN store come release or are you going to be able to download the game go to the menu and then the MTX store in game? I would love it if GGG could release info on this because this seems like a "set up" destined to fail on Beta release for PSN users

YET OTHER THINGS IVE JUST THOUGHT ABOUT WHICH I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO:-

1.WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF CROSSPLAT FORM DOES THIS MEAN WE ARE ALL ON 1 SERVER? - reason i ask as PSN players cant download the game until Beta release that means PC and XBOX will already have prior Queueing? PSN PLAYERS BACK OF THE QUEUE?

2.INFLUX OF NEW PLAYERS - As we all know POE is more prevalant on PC so with POE2 hype there is going to be a larger PC player base wanting to play EARLY ACCESS - and with crossplay now a thing is this the reason why Playstation players CAN NOT PRE DOWNLOAD to make room on the servers for PC players (YOU KNOW ABIT LIKE THE "ACCIDENT" OF NOT BEING ABLE TO SIGN IN FOR SETTLERS) because there was a lot more higher interest from PC players?

or do Playstation players have there own allocated server slots? there are just very interesting and important questions id love to hear answers too im sure PSN players would as well i mean if PSN players cant gain access to POE 2 beta for afew hours after everyone else "because of technical difficulties" would defo look abit more like a "coincedence" Anyways there like a thousand questions starting to run through my head now im sure i will come up with some more

It’s both consoles I’m just on x box and don’t have it either. The lack of communication on the issue for consoles is ridiculous.

Hopefully the console community gets taken more seriously soon.

I've been checking multiple times a day checking the forums to see if we get some sort of explanation.

Just an acknowledgement of the concerns we have would be nice but the way the CM team handled the launch issues with settlers I have no faith.

Sounds like yall need to join the poe console discord (not the official discord with a single ps channel). But the actual poe console discord with 7-8k members.

There's a GGG dev in there that gives us updates every now and then of stuff that doesn't seem to get "official news posts" of their own. He actively interacts on the discord and can be extremely helpful.

Cheers for the update dude and the info its nice that theres stuff out there but GGG should be addressing this officially we are players and "supporters" just the same as everyone else

No need to join a discord their pr employees should be using their site that they want us to interact with instead of using third party platforms. The point is they continue to leave out console information on everything and every community should be addressed with content post or updates.

100% its all we want i know most info is relevant to all Platforms i know there "big streamers" are on PC so i kinda get it it comes first,

but my money is just as good as the next person's,so as a paying customer (Supporter) of the game i only expect to be treat with the same standard as the next player (in support back from GGG and communication)

i spend more than most i feel, and just because the platform i choose to experience and enjoy POE content on isnt a PC but instead a console, i just gets to find out things whenever they can be bothered?

so like you said ALL PLATFROMS should have relevant info available to each specific platform where neccassary when there is specifics that divert from each patch/each platform and although i feel "this might be coming" we have not had any info for over a week (9 days since last meaningful post with FAQ) and NOTHING specific to console EXCEPT where to spend money and how to spend money its not a great look for a launch of a new game

Not gonna lie, this quote made me laugh though, seeing as half of playing PoE is using 3rd party sites and tools for info (Wiki, PoB, PoE Ninja) etc. Maybe they want their communication to follow suit with their gameplay 😆


But yeah I absolutely agree, GGGs communication with console is shocking, and can quite often leave us feeling like an unwanted step child of the community.
