Steam Key for POE2 is gone

Hi, I am planning to play POE2 on steam and yesterday I was able to click claim my key (I was on my phone so I thought I will just claim it the next day)

Nowhere does it state that these keys are limited and that my $480 in purchases will only be recognised on epic, how many keys are you releasing a day? Who gets them? Is it first in first served just gotta click like a ticket master scalper?

I just got a mail from support, stating that I should check back soon. But they did not say how many hours the will need.
Predownload already started, so they will need to provide a fix pretty soon. | |

Same situation, eligible for early access. Epic key sitting there, steam key says "sorry".

I feel this, I took two days of PTO (only get 5 a year) on the original release date which was changed. Didn't get those PTO back. Now I'm waiting on my steam key for 3 days and its under 12 hours till release.
