POE 2 flask changes feedback

If you so hard wanna use Mind Over Matter just remove life flask and use only 1 mana flask that will get double the charges because its only flask you use. There you go, now you can stop whining.
More stronger and less white pollution screen mobs = heathier game experience.

Imagine forming opinions before you even get your hands on the game and play it for 30-40 hours. Phew.

How can I not have an opinion when you literally have cases where these slots become useless? 😅
Honestly I kinda just wish they would of left the flask spots like POE but if they had to change them then I agree comepletly they should not be limited we should be able to put whatever flasks we want in either spot, but again I would of preferred the old POE flask setup.

And I am not keen on currency dropping like rain. I may play SSF, but I know this will cheapen the experience a lot.

Did you already forget that they are usable items first, and currency second? Higher drop rates means more self usage, which should have been their purpose all along even in PoE 1. Only reason so many items devolved into "function-less currency" is because the drop rate never lined up with required amount. We can see this most prominently shown via exalts and binding orbs: exalts (pre-divine shift) were too rare for their usage, and so hardly anyone ever USED exalts. Post-shift? They are much more likely to be used by players. Binding orbs were only available post-campaign for a long time, when no one ever really needed to use them. Once they became available and more common in the campaign, they were used much more.

And you say you play SSF...how can this not be anything but good for you? There is no "currency" in SSF. That is the defining feature and reason for the existence of SSF lol.

In fact, lots of orb drops is great for all aspects of the game. The market will always adjust: if the currencies themselves become less tradeable and more usable, then item-for-item trade will take over. Not only that, but you will have more crafters, more items available to trade for, etc.

Sure...down the line this could potentially be problematic with mod weighting if crafting BiS rares becomes too easy and affordable. But it would take a LOT to get there.
Starting anew....with PoE 2

I found this post because I was searching for mana flask with Blood Magic passive synergy as I am considering taking this passive.

Personally, I think the existence of passives like Blood Magic etc. makes it mandatory to have an option for swapping out mana flask to something else.

I think it would be much better than just having 1 flask that fills up faster.
