POE 2 Key Regional Pricing on steam change

Hi, sorry I'm new here so I'm not sure who I should ask or send this to so I'm going to post my question here.

I noticed the Price of the early access supporter pack went up from my country (Philippines) from P900 = $15 yesterday to P1,767.50 = $29.99. Will there be any changes for the pricing in my country for the coming days or is this the final change?

Only some of my friends were able to purchase the packs in their respective regional prices. It's a huge disappointment. Hopefully GGG addresses this if it's their actual intention to include regional prices or not.

It's not fair if people were able to purchase packs with localized/regional pricing and then revert back to converted USD prices.

If it's not their intention to have regional prices, at least still make this set of packs regional and have it as their last set of packs with regional pricing.

This is the smartest solution if they don't want to make regional prices a norm, but players shouldn't be punished for not being able to do a transaction a day before
