Will Path of Exile 2 Early Access be available on SEA Regions?

I came back to tell everyone... the Philippines is not region-locked. I was just using a VPN that pointed to Hong Kong lol. I'm able to play again.

Hi, I'm from the Philippines too and I can confirm that PoE2 early access is not region locked. I'm also playing this on my Steam Deck albeit with low graphics setting. What I did is I bought the cheapest EA supporter pack and if you have an account here you can view your "Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key" via `My Account >> Manage Account >> Early Access`. That Key can be used to activate PoE2 in Steam which would allow you to download the base game.
