Will Path of Exile 2 Early Access be available on SEA Regions?

So Path of Exile was region locked in the Philippines on Steam. I can view the game store, I can download the game, but when trying to play it it simply says "not available in your region".

The Path of Exile 2's steam store page is currently viewable in my region. However, due to how Path of Exile 1 works on my steam, I'm worried if I'll even be able to play it if ever I buy the early access. Thanks

Hiya again, unfortunately Path of Exile 2 has the same regional lock on Steam as Path of Exile 1 - it is unlikely you will be able to play via Steam if you are located in the South East Asia region.

what do you mean? I can clearly play poe1 on the Philippines and can search Poe2 also.

what do you mean region locked im from ph already buy poe2 from steam can play both poe1 standalone and steam client without any problem

Even the mod confirms the region lock. Path of Exile 1 is playable in the Philippines through the exclusive launcher. But on Steam, while we're able to view the page and download the game, actually running it returns a "the game is not available in your region" error.

But for the sake of getting to the bottom of this, I'll go download the game on Steam and get back to you guys if it does actually run this time.

And for the one who already PoE2 on Steam, I really, truly hope it works because I am on the same boat. And if it doesn't, at least let us refund it and buy the game directly from the website.

I'm in the Philippines and it's region-locked for me... can someone please help confirm if it's region-locked as-of Nov. 27?

Is there any way to access the client outside of steam?
Quite the bummer when I got my key today but find out my region is locked out.
