Path of Exile 2 Early Access FAQ

I was wondering about Guild Stash tabs... are our Guilds and tabs purchased there also going over?

I don't want to deal with redoing the guild and have spent money on some tabs and things for the guild, as did some of my Guildmates.

I ask because the way things are worded, never mention Guild specific stash tabs, it always sounds like it is just our personal tabs.

I assume it will work the same but wanted to make sure! Any clarification would be nice, and it might be good to add that info to the tab area of the FAQ.
Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key
====================================
This key can be redeemed on the Steam store.

Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away.

Can someone explain it to me this msg, am I able to play the game on 6th - no, or should order a 30$ pack?!
Anyone know what the deal with standalone client is?

poe2 EA key is for steam client.

do we need to transfer to steam? is our account already unlocked, and we won't even need a key for the standalone when it is available?

is standalone even going to be an option for EA or release?

Standalone is one of the options for EA. You just get the steam key etc in case you want to play through steam

hey,

can somebody tell me if atlas progression in grp for everybody at the endgame ? or have everybody to run his own atlas

cheers

I think I have an idea of what you are asking. Is progression shared or does everyone have their own atlas map to progress; correct me if I'm wrong.

In the PoE 2 "Endgame Content Revealed" video, I found a part that might help. Linked the video and it starts at 46:42 if there are video problems.

https://youtu.be/ZpIbaTXJD4g?si=UzeNX-lTCCaeeh02&t=2802

Basically, word for word the atlas map is, "infinite and expands in all directions."

The issue I see with shared progression lies with the word "infinite". The Atlas will most likely have some sort of procedural generation. Meaning everyone's Atlas journey will be more or less unique to them.

@51:26 in the given video, "As you continue to explore deeper into the Atlas, there are all sorts of things to discover..." For instance: cities, ?realmgates?, reliquary vaults, unique maps(untainted paradise was shown in the video), hideouts. Perhaps there is more that is being kept hush-hush for now.

With the "infinite" expansion I can only assume this furthers the idea that everyone will have their own unique Atlas to explore. Where it'll be by random chance or some internal probability that you'd come across a unique map or city of some kind. Perhaps certain unique maps are locked behind specific biomes.

So, I think it is safe to assume(not 100% certain) that group exploration of the Atlas will only further the progression of a singular exile. Should you wish to "run a few maps" on your own... I suspect(assuming you didn't touch your Atlas) that you would start from the beginning of your Atlas. While your friend will reap the benefits of your help haha.

Perhaps it will be better to explore everyone's Atlas. If you are looking to only do certain biomes it could help to act as a filter. As well if you find a friend who has multiple towers for enhancing a specific league mechanic or simply wish to explore a specific league mechanic... Exploring multiple Atlas' will help your group. Should you wish to farm resources perhaps one friend will dedicate their Atlas to resource gathering. Whilst another will focus on big rewards.

I suspect group play will have a lot of strategic play and might even make it one of if not the most powerful assets any exile could use in PoE 2 exploring the endgame. With 6 players clearing maps looking for specific encounters (bosses, cities, unique maps...) Making desired content more accessible to group play. Personally I enjoy solo but for those who enjoy group play I believe you will have a lot of fun!
Just got my key. thank you GGG

It's hard to find much on this but I think if you redeem your key on Steam. I suspect this will only give access on PC. I don't know if the key will be universal, where you can apply it to your xbox instead of steam should you prefer. Although it looks like it's limited to the platform it is redeemed on.

I found this reddit forum that clarifies a bit but take it with a grain of salt. We'll see Dec. 6th I guess.
very nice!
