It’s Sony greed not GGG. Sony wants you to buy mtx on their store so they can make more money. If I am not mistaken on Xbox there is no problem, the pc mtx you bought shows up on Xbox.

Question: I have a pc on which im mainly going to play POE2 on but my girlfriend wants to try it out to and I would like us to try it couch coop on our Ps5. Do I need a key for pc and a key for playstation? Does she need a key to play on my account on playstation? Im a bit confused by all this.
