Got an early access key from a friend who bought one of those big packs. Where do I redeem the code? Doesn't seem to be a steam key and I can't find a way to redeem it in my account settings

Just goto Shop - > Redeem key on the PathofExile webpage.

Hopefully, a GGG employee sees this. I play PoE entirely on Geforce Now. Will the early access be available on there?

Curious on this as well, as another GFN only user.
Hmmm may i play on xbox with my pc account, i.e. can i use my code from pc to play on xbox? Thank you!

How will I know if my lifetime purchases meet the threshold?
You can check your past purchases by visiting Your Account on the website and selecting, "Account transactions."

This is not really true, that page only shows the names and dates of your purchases but not how much you paid. I've honestly always wondered why the prices aren't shown, it feels like an obvious thing to do for transparency. I had to dig through a ton of DMs to find the messages related to those purchases to confirm that I'm above the 480 USD limit.

A lot of people have been emailing customer support to ask if they meet the threshold. We'd prefer if you could wait until the Early Access begins and see if you're immediately invited, and then contact support if you didn't get an invite but you believe your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD.

Let's be honest, asking people to wait until early access actually starts is quite an unreasonable ask, especially when it's so difficult for players to figure out how much they've spent over the years. Don't get me wrong, I love the gesture of giving out free keys, the execution just feels rather poorly thought-out and it's no wonder that your CS is getting swamped as a result, and there will also be a bunch of refunded early access packs due to the lack of clear info.
I see steam seems to quoting the supporter packs at markedly lower price. Why is there such a marked price difference?
SO HYPED for POE2 release. Congratulations to GGG, and kudos to all the devs working hard to make, what will certainly be, the best ARPG on the market to date.
LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!
Hi, are claw skills available in the early access? If so, I'm definitely buying a key. <3

If not, I will still buy a key. XD
LETS GO~
Can we Softlock during Atlas runs?

During the presentation, GGG said that, if you die in one of the nodes during the Atlas you can't run the node again, and if you want something behind it, you need to walk around... "If you die then the map can no longer be run and you'll have to find another way around to get the areas behind it. " does this means if we die too many times and lock too many nodes we can softlock ourselves? Like, let's say our starting point has 4 ways to move and we die in each of the 4 nodes around us, are we stuck?

Something interesting that I didn't notice before is that, if you go back and rewatch the video, there's a textbox on the node saying: "Map failed. Ctrl-middle-click to complete even the sparse vegetation does not linger here long". What does this mean? Does this mean we can simply unlock the node by pressing Ctrl-middle-click (similar to Last Epoch, I think) and access what's behind it but sacrificing the rewards?

I'm extremely confused about how this locking system works, those two statements completely contradict themselves, please answer.
