Nov 21st twitch drops PSN / PC
So if twitch drops are active for the live event. How does one go about obtaining their drops for both PC AND PSN. Seeing as these two are going to be completely separate I want to make sure I obtain them on both platforms. Since they’re not transferable like the other platforms I just want to ensure I have the twitch drops for both pc and psn.
Do I need to log into two separate twitch accounts and link my psn to one and pc to another? I’m so confused. Do I have to pick between pc and psn for the twitch rewards? I’d imagine I probably don’t want to merge my 2 accounts together ever to avoid problems like this in the future. Granted there doesn’t seem to be a point of merging them since I can’t use my PlayStation characters on a PC anyway right? Last bumped on Nov 17, 2024, 3:53:27 PM

I'm sorry, we can't speculate about this at this time. Once the patch is live, we'll be able to look into this further for you.
Alternatively, you could email us at support@grindinggear.com. | |
You can't speculate or don't care?
Once your stream goes live your next reply will be "Sorry you are ineligible for rewards because you weren't logged into the appropriate account during the event and we can't grant you the drops because that would be unfair to other players". Pretty much sum this entire engagement up right? In order to have these twitch rewards for my one singular "to be merged" account carry over to POE 2 for PC/PSN... I need to have two twitch accounts have them both independently linked to separate poe accounts (1 pc and 1 psn) fire up two streams for this event Then pray and roll the virtual dice... You MAY want to add to this "merging" of psn-pc that it's going to cause SERIOUS issues going forward with things like this. If I was able to merge my pc/psn together I'd be screwed. It literally makes no sense to even merge the pc/psn accounts and to just keep them separated to avoid this type of issue. |

" Hiya, as the patch for accounts being merged has not yet gone live we cannot speculate on how this may work. Once this has gone live and we have a definitive answer we will be happy to update this thread for you. Alternatively, if you receive your Twitch drops from watching the livestream and they are on the wrong account you can email Support so we can look into fixing this up for you. |
