PoE freezes Computer when transitioning zones

Freezes were so frequent, game mode on or off. I rolled windows back to 23H2. Sad times.

Same issue. First it happened when going into town for the first time. After that it was fine, but I rolled another character, and it happened again when going into the area after the wood.

Im not reinstalling windows for this it shouldnt happen.

Game mode is disabled before POE was even installed so its not that either.

Yeah happening to me too, new computer windows 11, version 10.0.26100 AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-core, 32 gb ram nvidia getforce rtx 4070 super . Had to manually reboot computer 2-3 times now. Cant alt-tab or hit windows key. Mouse cursor moves barely, dont wanna break computer please help. Portaling and going into new zones is scary now.

Same for me. The problems started after updating Windows to 24H2, the same problem in POE1.
Turning off game mode helped for a while, but then the problem came back. atm changing the rendering to Vulcan helped, but with it my fps is not stable :(
