Game/PC freeze on loading screen

Same issue for me.

RYZEN 7800x3D
RTX 4080 SUPER
Windows 11 24H2

Tried things mentioned like disabling Game Mode in windows.
What i noticed it usually happens wieh POB is on in the background and i have a youtube video running on Brave (have hardware acceleration turned off there).

Try disabling RTX Dynamic Vibrance in NVIDIA Control Panel.

If that's not it, look into adjusting the MPO (Multiplane Overlay) setting in registry as one of the newer 24H2 updates adjusted this setting.

After a month of being able to solve this issue here with so much cases they found it in PoE2 right now:

I hope I can help you. I had the same problem and you know why ?

1 week before PoE2 release I have format my PC because I do every once a year in December. Microsoft Official Site give me Windows 11 24H2 as ISO. So I installed it everything was pretty smooth. Last Friday PoE2 EA begin. I can't even play the game because my PC was crashing/freezing and have to hard reset even when I was skipping the video in the start.

What I did. Tuesday this week I said &?%$ *&? I reformat my PC to Windows 11 23H2 ... (I'm an IT and I do format a lot in my day so no big deal) and what do you think ? I can play the game without any damn crash/freeze.

The problem was Windows 11 24H2. I have seen some post talking about this update and Ubisoft game crashing and freezing and I can assure you guy I don't have any problem with the game now. Maybe some lag sometimes but my internet sucks.
