these events are highly requested by the community unlike t18 maps for example. that only 3-4 people want

there is already a set date for that and since it was already delayed once, there is no way they would delay it again, so its coming regardless of what happens in poe. besides, poe2 has a different team working on it

And PoE1 has currently a tiny skeleton crew working on minor changes while most of the "new" stuff gets taken out of PoE2. Or where do you think all those new enemy rigs, tiles and what not are coming from since the last couple of leagues?
All work of the PoE2 team lol

I'd rather have less bugs/exploits in 3.26 than any extra event tbh
