sadly not, we need added fire damage to spells. basic added fire dmg just applies to attacks iirc.

I fixed a ring and the helmet with + fire spell damage. But I still cannot make Frenzy to give me frenzy charges. Should I replace if it with Vaal Immortal Call or Vaal Molten shell? I made a video of tanking a boss, quality is crap for some reason.

It is Varan boss I think, the one that does the lightning sqaures at the ground.
