No. The upgrade will be the price difference between the new pack and what you've already paid. So if you buy the $60 pack, you can upgrade to the $100 pack for just $40 :)

I bought basic pack for USD30.00. Now I want to upgrade to 100 USD pack. However, when I chose 100 USD pack, I would expect to pay the difference i.e $100-$30 = $70.00 only. However, PS Store still showed the bill as USD100.00. How could you still charge Early Access fee? Please help. I wanted to have some skins and other stuffs in USD100.00 pack. But it wouldnt be right if I need to pay double EA fee. Thanks

There should be another option / store item that specifically has "upgrade" (or similar) in it's name. You also might need to upgrade to the 60 USD version first before you see the upgrade to 100 USD.

For those of you asking on console, is you purchase one of the packs in ps store, you can upgrade it in game. Go into the Mtx shop go to packs select the one you want and in the description for it it shows you the option to upgrade
