GGG...a question.

You tell us. According to Steam charts, which are a valid metric as more players use Steam over Standalone, the game has seen nothing but continuous growth.

You win some, you lose some. That's just business.
To answer your question literally,

GGG is perfectly ok with the game not being everyone's cup of tea. No one is successful by trying to make everyone happy all the time.

“Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”

And yet there are a quite a few games out there much more suce$$ful than GGG that prove that statement is wrong.

Hype things up just to be mostly a let down? How do the people who stay with it, cope with it? Do some people who buy in to your mtx's feel duped when some things are dramatically changed? Or, don't work at all? Me personally, I don't see how people keep giving you money. Just my thought of the day.

This league broke the all time record for concurent players, has the highest/2nd highest player retention of all leagues that existed (only affliction surpasses it after the first month), and you saying "how does it feel to be always loosing customers?"

"I don't see how people keep giving you money", because they are a great company that actually listens to their costumers, made a FREE game, that introduces new content every 3 months .That's why.

Go play D4 instead, buy the game, buy every expansion that releases, buy the MTX in the store and recieve in 2 years the ammount of content we receive in POE every 3 months for free.

Edit: Wow, looking at your profile you have literally been saying "bad league, bad game, dont give them money" literally since 2020.Just quit the game dude.Go play something else.

4 months

And this league is going to be 5 I'd bet my first divine of the next league.
Why am I still here

It didn't cost them a customer at that time but it definitely made me feel a little less like spending my money.

Hehe....by this logic, why should anyone work for money when they give it away for free through lotteries/game shows/scholarships/etc.?

Why would you assume that something you bought can't be given for free or at a discount later? Nearly everything in the world works like that.

Do you set up a protest every time a store offers a sale on an item that you bought...before the sale?

I only said it made me feel less like spending money, I don't quit get the response here.

Not much of a protest and a pretty understandable thing to be unhappy that something you payed for was given away for free.

Innocence forgives you
^you said you felt "duped". That is quite a strong thing to say about something that literally happens every day with nearly every possible product in the world.

Sales are one example. Lotteries are another. Different salaries are another. etc.

The fact that you say you feel "duped" and even mentioned the possibility of GGG "losing a customer" because they gave away an item for free that others paid for is ridiculous.

Perhaps this might be the case if something was supposed to be "limited edition" and then was re-released later...i might understand that. Such as if you got a special mtx for pre-ordering the game, only for GGG to then sell that special mtx later to everyone. THAT would suck.

But just the idea that you bought something which was then later given away for free? Or even at a discount? Nope...that is just normal everyday life.

I'll say it Again.

I only said it made me feel less like spending money, I don't quit get the response here.

Something wrong with that? Do i have to exclusively praise GGG for every decision?
