Does it have to be something specifically from necropolis league? Or can we draw stuff from base game and settlers?

Would like to know about criteria for this competition; tried every season but never able to qualify for any rewards or mentions. Would love to see the checklist you grade them based on so i can make it more relevant in the future works. ty!
