My biggest complaint about the Settlers League is Gold Costs.

"
I'd have to clear at least 13 maps in an hour.

Not like that's a unachievable problem, but if you only run 1 or 2 maps per hour that's on you and not the game.
You could also run juiced maps during one hour and net a few hundred grand like Coconutdoggy.

"
I really do not know where you are getting your numbers from. It feels like you are just pulling them out of the ether with no frame of refernce. Even if I always made 10,000 per map, I'd still have to clear 12 maps an hour to make 120,000 gold.

reference: I'm playing the game and league mechanic properly like everyone else without gold struggles and don't expect to be all gucci to pay of a my town out of a few maps, slacking around and expecting some instant gratification miracles. Shocking
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
Why should I teach you? You didn't even believe me lmao.

Figure it out.

Why should I believe you?

All you have done is repeatedly make the statement" Making gold is easy" and toss up a few screenshots with zero actual context, and have been dismissive from the start.

Why should I take anything you say just at face value?

Even if I did believe you, you have still provided nothing outside of tossing out a few screenshots and repeatedly saying "this is easy" with no explanation of how it's easy.

There's no explanation of how you are somehow squeezing 100,000 gold out of "Every map" you just simply state you are, which again, means absolutely nothing.

I have looked up YouTube guides on how to increase my gold output. Most of them suggest Shrines and Strongboxes, which I have been doing, and turning off side content that detracts from the map because "Non native" spawns do not drop as much gold as "Native" spawns to a map.

I can fully admit I can't clear 12 maps an hour, that sort of speed seems ludicrous to me unless you somehow have the ability to teleport all around the map blindly while killing everything without paying attention.

I can average about 4-5 maps per hour of T16 maps. 6 if I get some short linear one's in a row.

If you're out there clearing T17 maps in under a minute using tons of scarabs and effortlessly clearing content then you're at a stage of the game that I simply am not, and I doubt most players are at that stage of the game.

You'd be an outlier not a standard experience. :\

And the game shouldn't be balanced around outliers, it should be balanced around a regular player experience.

From your build i can see where the issue actually lies. Improve it and your gold issue will be gone.

Okay, but "Improve your build" is equally as vague and unhelpful as "Making gold is easy" with no explanations

What is wrong with my build exactly?

I've already reached out on the Marauder Threads and I am actively working on the advice I've been given, but it's not an immediate process.

I don't have the years worth of in-game knowledge just kicking around in my head that apparently everyone else has but doesn't seem interested in sharing.

Certainly.

Path of Building is the first thing you want to get. It helps you plan your steps and see what you damage and survivability is.

Following a build of a skill you want to play. After you learn what makes it work, then you're probably ready to start making changes and/or your own.

Crafting to get rid of some of your unique items that doesn't make much sense. There's plenty of crafting guides and Craftofexile.com exists so you can attempt crafts and see how it goes for "free".

And unfortunately, play a lot. That's just the reality of how PoE works as grinding is what the game is about. Asking for the game to be easier will always attract the less savory people to mock you.

As for how much grinding should it be... Let's just say that Ruthless is a step too far in the wrong direction.

What I am currently enjoying is Cyclone of Tumult on a Juggernaut.

my current set up, to me at least. Seems to make a fair amount of sense.

As per the unique's you mentioned...

My belt gives me bonus damage from being fortified (Through permanent onslaught, since I have melee hits fortify) as well as a fair chunk of health to make me tankier, some resistances, and even more small bonus damages just from having it on. I could probably find a better one that has better base rolled stats (Like having closer to 40 frost resistance to make it better) but again that takes time.. I've only ever seen two of these drop so far.

My necklace currently is required due to attribute requirements of some of my virtue gems, but it also gives me a solid cross the board resistance, and empowers my leeching effect I rely on while Cycloning through Swaths of Enemies. As well as just making me do more damage while leeching (Which I'm doing anyways)

My Gloves rip down enemy defenses to zero, thus increasing my damage (Unless I am fundamentally misunderstanding something about PoE defenses on mobs?) then Providing me constant Frenzy and Endurance Charges (Which works well with Cyclone I'd think? More attack speed permanent reduced physical and elemental damage taken)

I'm not really sure which of these unique.. don't make sense? I know I need to get spell suppression on my boots and helmet, but I'm still hunting for things and making due with what I have now so that I don't just get bodied by low resistances.

Anytime I try to look up Cyclone Builds for Juggernaut, it seems to be -years- out of date on goggle, to the point the trees aren't even the same. So I'm attempting to follow advice I've been given by people I've been asking.

I'm not against following advice and learning. PoE is a game with alot of moving parts, and it's rather overwhelming as a new player to try to get into.. then you have people like Coconut...
Make it easier on yourself and play a meta build.

Every league tytykiller publishes a tier list. Try to league start something on this list. For 3.25 it is:

You can look up current meta builds here:

https://poe.ninja/builds/settlers

Checking Juggernaut on this page, 58% are playing Molten Strike of the Zenith. Only 0.2% are playing Cyclone of the Tumult. Perhaps there are good reasons for the gap.

These builds are meta because they provide the best bang for the buck.

8 mod maps are the new alch and go.

Well, yeah. You waste too much passives on things that are not worth it or pathing to places it is not worth it.

Gloves, neck and belt don't give the most important stat, flat life and resists.

The hole Tribal Fury wheel is wasted. So is Hematophagy. Your jewels don't have life % either. You could also use a Delirium large cluster jewel
. Flesh and Stone instead of Grace.

Frankly, too many things. But i get it. Learning is half the fun and it seems lackluster that everyone keeps pointing you to the training wheels, but it is what it is.
