LAG SPIKES

Ye at this point i wonder if i roll my maps badly and i dont see a mod which say "you are unable to play the game for 4 out of every 10 seconds" which would be alternative to t17's Impotence mod which prevents you from doing any damage for 4 out of every 10 seconds. I've never seen this in patch notes GGG
