Get rid of souleater

Soul eater itself isn't a problem in most cases.

What is a problem is soul eater that is self-fueled. Burial grounds map has a boss with soul eater - witch of the cauldron. This bitch is a fucking nightmare at league start, a white-tier map boss that is as hard as a red map boss. Guess what, she summons adds to keep her stack going.

Idk why they added 90% damage reducion (2% per stack) to this mod when they redesigned it in 3.23 or sth. It's a mod that gives a ridiculous amount of speed, it should be purely offensive. Yet it has one of the strongest defensive components in the entire game on it.
