Verisium Ore Bugged - Possibly can't mark Verisium ore when fully charged?

Happened to me twice today the braziers fall from the sky and everything and then i return to town and see no ore to be mined or mined or smelted and i scoured the map for any enemies left but there were none, it is annoying that this is happening with the rarest ore in the league

Same with me. Can't progress make real progress with the town.

Adding to this thread since it's about Verisium. Placement of the Verisium caused some monsters to spawn in the wall in Ramparts map (possibly other maps as well). Can't complete it because of this.

In addition to being rare, I died several times cleaning mobs for nothing.... no miners came

I also have had at least three nodes where I haven't received any Verisium :(

I have mining dudes allocated, all monsters are destroyed. The *only* thing I can think of, is that I did have to kite the mobs a ways away.

Is there is radius like in ritual? There is no indicator, and as I feel like they are a bit rough I move around a lot-- I had all the rares turn into ruddy apparitions after death, haha, so I had to drag the boss. (EDIT: I always fully charge them; only get ore ~75% of the time.)

Just finished mining but 0 ores. Please fix.

Still an issue, just happened to me in a leyline map. Charged to %100 and got 0 ore.

It's because you are too far away from the ore vein when you complete the encounter:
